My approach

I offer personalised vocal lessons tailored to students aged 8 to 98. My tutelage focuses on vocal technique specifically for classical voice, opera and musical theatre. My teaching philosophy focuses on:

✲ Fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages growth and creativity
✲ Preparing students for performances, auditions, and examinations

Experience Highlights

I've been teaching singing for close to a decade, working with students one-to-one since 2017. Alongside this, I've built up a broad range of experience with young choristers: I currently teach choral singing at Truro School for Choristers at Truro Cathedral, and previously held a similar role at Salford Cathedral, helping young singers develop their skills. Earlier in my career, I directed the choir at Dale Hall Community Primary and worked as Music Administrator at St Mary-le-Tower, where I taught keyboard, music theory and singing to choristers.
